This is a XHTML/CSS-based website template that can be licensed for personal or commerical use. It comes with external style sheets which need to be uploaded to the same directory as the index.html page.

This template comes with an alternate main header image for other site pages or for when you'd like a change. Click here to see it. This template also comes with the fairy (background not included) seen in the image above as a PSD file on a tranparent background at 900X1764 that members can use in their designs.

Please note that this template won't work for an Ebay auction template.
